Today I met with Evan Fisher in the finance department at Google.
Evan took me on a campus tour on a Google bike (painted in Google colors) as the campus is huge. Evan showed me lots of places where employees can relax, do all types of sports, read, have a massage etc. Employees are free to do anything they want during their work hours as long as they keep the deadlines and are committed to the achievement of the main goals of the company.
I love this informal setting where everyone can match their workstyle to their goals. It certainly seems to keep employees motivated while keeping the company a successful enterprise. Thank you Evan Fisher and Google !
